Before going to the body of the Manual, all users must read 'Quick Guide' which can be accessed from the menu bar on the left of the screen.

This manual has been updated to take account of the changes from The Children’s Homes (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Associated Guidance and National Minimum Standards.
